Eureka 308 AWS 308L
Eureka 308 is for welding A.I.S.I. type 308, 309, and 316 stainless steels. They are also excellent for the repair of joining of furnace parts, bearing surfaces, billet hooks, forging tongs, zinc die casting dies, and drawing and forming dies.
Eureka 308 weld deposits are of the non-heat treatable austenitic stainless steel variety. This alloy resists scaling up to 1900 F. The deposits take high polish which creates an anti-frictional surface and will work harden rapidly up to 240 brinell when peened. The high Chromium and Nickel contents are extremely resistance to corrosive environments.

Eureka Ultra Tech 505 AWS 312
Eureka Ultra Tech 505 is used for joining of all types of steels, tool steels, stainless steels, cast steels and any type of unknown steels. It has excellent strength, high impact resistance and high crack resistance. Eureka Ultra Tech 505 is a great general purpose maintenance alloy. It is often used as an underlay weld deposit.
Eureka Ultra Tech 505 has a duplex microstructure of delta ferrite in a matrix of austenite. The large quantity of delta ferrite induces a high level of ductility which enables crack free welds in highly constrained sections of virtually all types of iron base chemistries. The weld deposits have very high strength, work harden, and have good corrosion resistance.

Eureka 350 AWS 410NiMo
Eureka 350 is for the welding of 410 and 410NiMo castings and wrought metals. It is used in the repair, reclamation and joining of die casting dies, forging dies, arbors and shafts. It can be used as an underlay material in crack sensitive areas when a harder alloy is to be used as an overlay. Deposits polish to a high luster with a medium resistance to abrasion and are highly crack resistant due to its high tensile strength.
Eureka 350 is a low carbon martensitic stainless steel alloy. The as welded hardness is 35 – 40 HRC and is readily machinable. Eureka 350 weld deposits have a high tensile strength and are quite corrosion resistant. The weld deposits are ideally suited for heavy build ups in moderate wear conditions. The weld deposits flow very freely, producing extremely dense, crack, and porosity free weld deposits.
