Eureka 4043 | Eureka 4043 alloy is used for the welding of heat treatable base alloys and specifically 5000 and 6000 series alloys. | Eureka 4043 is for welding of 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, and cast aluminum alloys. Eureka 4043 is less sensitive to weld cracking than other aluminum alloys. The higher silicon content is to reduce its melting point and increase fluidity. Eureka 5356 | Eureka 5356 alloy is a general purpose filler alloy for the 5000 series alloys. | Eureka 5356 is for welding 5050, 5052, 5083, 5454, and 5456. It has high strength, good feed ability and crack free weld deposits. Eureka 5356 is used where higher weld strength and greater ductility is required as compared to Eureka 4043.
